Sarah is a Director and Head of the Property Department at SMR Solicitors, specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, and is based at our Chichester office.

Sarah is an experienced property solicitor with over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. She has a passion for helping clients navigate the complex world of property transactions, and she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of property law.

She understands that buying or selling a property can be an exciting but stressful experience, and she approaches every client with care and respect. Sarah is a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to navigate the complex legal process of buying or selling residential property with confidence, she takes the time to listen to their concerns and to understand their unique needs and goals.

Sarah has a deep understanding of property law, including sales and purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, transfers of equity, and new builds. She has worked on a wide range of property transactions and she is known for her ability to provide practical solutions to even the most complex property issues.
