Sara is Head of the Family Department at SMR and is based at our Chichester office.
Sara qualified in 2000 and is an established senior solicitor with over 22 years’ experience in Family Law. She specialises in advising on all matters relating to relationship break down and has experience in dealing with high-net-worth separations, complex financial affairs, and sensitive issues regarding children.
She is a dedicated family law solicitor with extensive experience and knowledge in handling a wide range of family law cases. With a passion for helping families through difficult times, Sara has developed a reputation for providing compassionate, practical, and effective legal advice to clients.
Sara understands that every family is unique, and takes a client-focused approach to each case, tailoring her services to meet the specific needs of her clients.
In addition to her legal expertise, Sara is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of her clients. She is also a Qualified Collaborative lawyer and Mediator, also a past president of the Chichester Law Society.
