Julie is a Chartered Legal Executive at SMR, based at our Selsey office, and specialises in residential property. 

Julie is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing. She has built a reputation for providing clear, practical advice and exceptional service, guiding clients through what can often be a complex and stressful process with confidence and care.

Before qualifying as a Legal Executive, Julie gained valuable experience in client-facing roles at notable organisations such as the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton and Legal & General. These roles helped her develop strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent client care, and a deep understanding of diverse client needs. More recently, she successfully ran her own law firm in West Sussex, further broadening her expertise in property law and management of legal processes.

Julie is passionate about making the conveyancing process as seamless and stress-free as possible. She particularly enjoys supporting first-time buyers, as well as clients who have not moved for several years, providing guidance and reassurance every step of the way. Her approach ensures that clients fully understand the process, feel confident in their decisions, and experience a smooth, efficient transaction from start to finish.
