Jannette is a Director at SMR Solicitors specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, and is based at our East Wittering office.
Jannette qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2001 and then went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2008. Throughout her career, Jannette has developed a deep understanding of all aspects of conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Her approach to property law is client-focused, and she takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and circumstances. She works closely with clients to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction, communicating with all parties involved and providing regular updates throughout the process.
