Emma is an Associate Legal Executive at SMR , based at our Chichester office, and specialises in residential property.

Emma is a skilled and dedicated legal executive with a passion for providing high-quality legal support to clients, she has developed a reputation for delivering excellent service and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

She has a strong understanding of legal procedures and is well-versed in legal research, document preparation, and case management. Emma is dedicated to helping clients navigate the property system and providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.

Emma's areas of expertise mainly involve the following:

• Sales and purchases 
• Transfer of equity 
• Re-mortgages
• First registrations  

Outside of work Emma enjoys cooking and travelling, as well as supporting her son at his football games. She is also aiming to complete her Conveyancing Practitioner Qualification.
