Energy Performance Certificate
In order to sell or rent out your home you require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This certificate, which needs to be completed by a specially-trained assessor, will inform buyers about a home’s energy efficiency using A to G ratings, like those used to rate washing machines.
